Truth is, I’ll probably change this photo once I find a more recent one. Anyways, I decided to update my “15 Facts” that I posted a little less than a year ago: http://benipayosays.tumblr.com/post/830832168 Truth is, I changed a lot this past year. Emotionally and physically. I’m starting to find myself more and more each day. Whatever life may throw at me, I know it is a lesson to be learned and an opportunity to grow. I honestly believe I am becoming a much more stronger person than before. Not to mention a bit more mature. Hah, anyways. Here’s some updated facts about me:
1. Remember how I said, “I will never understand makeup”. It’s crazy, because now I kind of do and I’m guilty of wearing it from time to time. Though, I don’t want to wear it daily because I don’t want people getting used to me wearing makeup, so on days I don’t have any on, I won’t look “weirdly different”. You know what I mean? Btw, I want to thank Youtube makeup gurus though, because that’s where I learned.
2. My hearing is not all that great. When people talk to me, I have a tendency to always say: “What? Huh? What?”. It kind of annoys people too because they have to repeat themselves so much that they have to yell it at me or they just won’t bother telling me. My bad. What sucks for me is when I’m “talking” to somebody and we’re on the phone. It’s just all bad. Hahah, I’ll probably say “What?” a bajillion times.
3. This is an awkward fact, but I will never suck a dick. I’m sorry, haha. A couple of my friends and I had a conversation about this subject. They say that “you never know” or “you’ll probably try once in your lifetime”. Honestly, I think not. One, I can’t imagine myself ever doing that and two, I find it gross. I mean have you seen those things? Ew. In my mouth? I’m sorry, but no. Hahah.
4. I don’t really think I have a “type”. My friend once said, “I fall for guys that are just walking”. Meaning they are random. They don’t fall into one certain group together, like a athletes, dancers, skaters, etc. However, most of my friends say I fall for the “player-type”, I guess? Idk. All I know is, I don’t know why I liked half the guys I fell for. When I like somebody, I really don’t have any reason/explanation. I just do. Is that weird?
5. It may not look like it sometimes, but I’m pretty conservative/insecure. I see flaws that you don’t and I’m not really satisfied with my body just yet, you know? I don’t like low cut shirts that make your boobs hang out. I don’t like short skirts/shorts. I like wearing cardigans, loose shirts and jeans. I much rather not like to show a lot of skin. That’s why I love wintertime so much.
6. I’m really bad at lying. It’s hard for me to lie because I may feel guilty after. I don’t know why, but if I lie, it just eats me away and bothers me. I’ll over think and be scared that I’ll get karma. I believe in karma, btw. Yeah, I suck at lying. Everyone could always tell if I’m lying. Haha.
7. I don’t like spending money. It breaks my heart when I spend a lot of money on a one or a few things. For example, I spend like almost $20 when I go out to eat with friends, leaving me broke after. Or like I have a difficulty at shopping because I don’t like spending a lot. But when I see something I really like that is expensive and I buy it. It is honestly bittersweet for me because I spent so much making me want to return the item, but then again I want to keep it because I like it. Torn. Hahah.
8. I have a way of “testing” guys. I have certain actions/questions/statements I make and I usually see what they do/answer/comment. This usually leads to me figuring out if they are really worth it or not. Maybe that’s why I fall for them players, because they always know what to do/say. Hahahahaha… yeah.
9. I’m sucha pansy. It doesn’t take much to make me cry. Pop in a sad movie. If you’re a close friend, leave. Break my heart. Death. Show me a sad part in a show, in asian dramas. Play a sad song. Really, it doesn’t take much.
10. I’m a bit of a hoarder. I believe everything has a significant meaning/story behind it. I like being able to remember things. I like to look at something, even if it’s a little thing and remember that whole day or moment.
11. I got glasses when I was in 1st or 2nd grade I believe? I got them because I wore my brother’s glasses. I thought I looked so cool wearing them and wanted some for myself. I regret doing that, because now I am really, REALLY blind. More blind than my brother. Hah.
12. I can’t do a somersault. Or in other words, tumble. I used to be able to do it when I was younger. But then my mom told me not to do all those stuff because I might get hurt, break my neck and die. Haha. Now, every time I try to do a somersault, I can’t. I end up rolling on my shoulder and do this little crooked tumble thing? o.O
13. I’m like Taylor Swift. But, instead of writing songs, I choreograph. I say I’m like Taylor Swift because all her songs has a person behind it, don’ they? Well, all the pieces I have choreographed so far, which isn’t much, all have a specific meaning/person behind it. I make the dances I choreograph to very personal, they relate to my past. And I could only really choreograph a piece if I could relate to it, it’s so much easier when I can. I lub da dunsing, yes!
